Kamik boots versus LL Bean Duck shoes

Spent some time trying to decide between Kamik boots and LL Bean Duck shoes.

At the end of the day, I chose Kamik boots because it is functionally a better design.  These Kamik boots look and feel great.  Most importantly, in wet and cold weather - the Kamik boots keep your feet warm.  When I've owned Bean boots in the past, they've always pinched a bit at the heel and around the ankle.
